Law and patent offices GRISCHENKO & PARTNERS opens its intellectual property branch under the title GRISCHENKO & PARTNERS IP
On December 8, 2015, Law and patent offices Grischenko & Partners opened its specialized division fully dedicated to IP matters – Intellectual Property Law Firm GRISCHENKO & PARTNERS IP, giving its IP Department a legal entity status.
The new firm is headed by its Managing Partner Ms. Liudmyla Olishevych, a certified Trademark & Patent Attorney since 2001, who has been handling IP matters at Grischenko & Partners for over 20 years. Her partner is Ms. Maya Lgova, the founder of the IP Department at Grischenko & Partners and one of the first Ukrainian Patent & Trademark Attorneys with a more than 50 years of experience in the IP field.
