Grischenko & Partners has been appointed counsel to Ukraine in international arbitration case Alpha Projektholding GmbH vs. Ukraine
On 20 November 2007 the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine announced Grischenko & Partners to win the state tender to represent Ukraine, the Respondent, in an international investment arbitration case pursuant to a claim of Alpha Projektholding GmbH, an Austrian investor.
The case is to be heard at ICSID presumably under Ukrainian-Austrian Bilateral Investment Treaty.
