Experience
Ms. Lgova has been a certified patent attorney since 1992. She became a partner at Grischenko & Partners in 1993. She worked as a leading patent counsel at Masma, a leading Ukrainian research and production association, and also was as a group leader at the Ukrainian Plastic, Rubber and Leather Processing and Research Institute on the development of machinery and equipment. Ms. Lgova attended training courses at patent firms and patent institutions in Germany (1992, 1993) and Japan (1997). She is the author of many publications on intellectual property issues in the former Soviet Union and Ukrainian professional magazines. She has been a member of INTA since 1994 and of AIPPI since 1995. She is a member of the international organizations LES and UNION and a member of the Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine.
