Experience

Mr. Vysochinsky has worked at Grischenko & Partners since 1996. From 1995 to 1996, he worked as a lawyer at the Ukrainian representative office of Smith Lyonnes, a Canadian law firm. In 2002, he was promoted to senior lawyer. He became a partner at Grischenko & Partners in 2005. Mr. Vysochinsky has extensive experience in financial transactions, including transactions in Ukraine’s financial institutions sector. He has been involved in financing for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as well as major foreign corporations and international financial institutions. He has worked in the sphere of corporate law and private international law. In financial projects, he is responsible for negotiations, advisory activity, etc. In 2005-2006 he worked in the team of legal counsel of the Government of Ukraine which won the ICSID case Tokios Tokeles v. Ukraine.
